Threats världsrekord godkänt

Nu är äntligen threats officiella världsrekord godkänt. I formatet King of the Hill som QPAD arrangerade på DreamHack Summer 2009, deltog threat och det blev hela 518 frags. Nytt rekord som nu alltså är godkänt av Guinness World Records. Gaz Daves, rekordansvarig för gamingdelen på GWR säger:

"Counter-Strike is one of the most enduringly popular online games, and players like Björn are constantly striving to push themselves to new levels of skill and achievement. With such a strong pro gaming scene in Sweden, I expect to see plenty more Swedish record breakers in next year’s Guinness World Records Gamer’s Edition"

Huvudpersonen threat om spektaklet:

"I wanted to make this record hard to break in the future so, although my first goal was 300 rounds, I finally went for 500 rounds in total. By the end of the attempt I was exhausted and my body was very tired. It was worth it, becoming a part of the Guinness World Records Gamer’s Edition is something every gamer dreams about."
